While booking the ticket, the departure time displayed on the RedBus app was 6:00 However, the actual bus timing was different, and I was unable to travel due to the incorrect information provided on your platform. As the issue occurred because of incorrect timing information shown by RedBus, I request a full refund of my ticket amount at the earliest.
