BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This is a mixed review. On the one hand, the end product is a good value for the money. Assembly isn't that hard, and the overall quality is good (not great). HOWEVER, this is one of the most poorly managed companies ever! I had to cancel part of my order because they never shipped one of the bikes after 30 DAYS, and then claimed it was delayed due to of a warehouse transfer issue. COMPANIES CANNOT SELL BIKES THEY DO NOT HAVE. Customer Service has been spewing the same warehouse story for a month... I worked in operations for years and have never seen this level of incompetence in fulfilling a simple order or transferring inventory to a new DC. FYI - Their COO left the Company earlier this year... WORSE, they are taking forever to cancel the order and refund my money. Overall - BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE.
