Service does NOT match the price tag!
Very little communication regarding our new puppy.through the whole process. “Pupdates” were all sales based with no specifics about our puppy, making it harder to prepare. Medical records were incomplete. Breeder administered all shots leaving out dates given. The only vet documentation was a Rabies tag & cert. We were told she would have something with the sent of her mother and got nothing. Door to door delivery gets your puppy a zero touch van ride with 16 other dogs.Puppy was brought to the door covered in feces & very obvious about tip expectation *Edited to add* Your company did reach out after submitted review.
