Mellow Customer Service is the BEST!!
So I ordered because I kept seeing these adorable comforters on instagram! When i originally ordered, I was sent a comforter by their Amazon store even though i ordered through the website. I originally got a used dirty comforter but Mellow support was so quick to get me a brand new comforter free of charge and that one was clean and perfect 🤩 So yeah, I love my marshmallow comforter and mellow did a fantastic job with customer service!
