The package was delivered to the wrong house.
The delivery service never dropped off the package at my house. Instead, a neighbor on an adjoining street had the package left next to their garage door. It was found only when they were leaving their house. They were good enough to locate me (we didn't know one another) and subsequently delivered the package to us. I do not know when the package was left at their house.
