Missed Deadlines and minimal communication
We’ve recently moved into a new house with sellers who are using PODs for their move. It was supposed to be out of our driveway last Thursday. Then Saturday. Then some time Monday-Thursday this week. They set a pick-up window of 1:15 to 4:15 pm yesterday, a week late. Never show, and never update us. My husband called to figure out what was going on, and was supposed to get an update this morning. The only responses we’ve received have been front the social media team, who explain it’s a busy time of year. Supposedly it will be picked up tomorrow (Saturday), but they do not have a time window. Considering how many blown pickup dates we’ve had already, I remain skeptical. I’d avoid at all costs if you have any kind of time sensitive plans for your POD container. I’m annoyed that we don’t have access to all of our driveway, but I really feel for the sellers whose stuff has been stranded by PODs.
