Worst company ever...rips off customers
I would give it a "0" if that was an option :) Google search for NHL t-shirt and hoodie got me to their site. Found 2 items, they were on sale with 20% off NIKE sale. Added them to the cart, price was with discount. Went to pay, used Paypal, everything went through no problem. Order arrived on time, then I noticed I was charged the regular price. Called their phone # (this should be another review on its own), was told that I did not enter the code. I went through the same process online to prove it, the discount and code are there until you go to Paypal, then it goes away. How is someone going to catch that? It's obviously an error in their coding. Anyway, they said they cannot do anything about it because I received the order. They offered me a 20% discount coupon :) what a joke!!!! Initially they advise to return the items and order again with coupon - that's when I found out one of the items was final sale, I guess it's in the fine print in the item details :) and not to mention if you want the refund to your card, you need to pay $14 CAD shipping to return. First purchase and last purchase from Fanatics.com
