Pickup and deliivery of pods was great. Personnel from San Antonio and Honolulu delivered/picked up containers with notification call prior to arriving. Personnel are trained well and containers are placed/picked with safety concerns during movement. Website great with status and documents readily available. However, not all documents are posted. My shipment required spongy moth and lantern fly forms passing through California to Hawaii. Those forms not posted in documents as received. Being that forms can stop shipment and add additional cost/delay do post the forms in website document and not just invoices. Do improve on website notifications such as confirmations. If confirmed then post it in website status and quit bomdarding email with repetitive notifications asking for the same info already confirmed. Customer service personnel need to be more attentive during setup. For example our driveway during move can receive only one container at a time. The container were scheduled to be delivered with an existing container inplace without pickup before delivery. After review of invoices on website for changes a callback was needed to ensure pickup before delivery of container. If multiple containers do review invoices after changes. Overall PODs is an excellent way to move pending budget, time and next home constraints.
