ZhangJiaJie with Xenia, the best tour guide ever
Our experience with Xenia in ZhangJiaJie National Forest Park was beyond exceptional. She demonstrated a level of professionalism, compassion and dedication that far exceeded our expectations. Examples: -Xenia ensured we visited every important site, even the hard to get to sites that proved to be breathtaking, when I heard other guides tell their clients the extra trek was not worth it. She genuinely wanted us to experience the full beauty of the park and have a great time. -When my elderly mother experienced health issues, she provided invaluable assistance and wouldn't leave until she was okay. -She met my daughter, who joined us midtrip, at the airport at midnight as her plane was delayed and brought her food to eat without us knowing. Xenia treated us like family. Her thoughtful actions, warm personality and unwavering commitment made the ZhangJiaJie tour unforgettable. I would love to go back to ZhangJiaJie and have Xenia be our tour guide again! Thank you so much Xenia.
