I would have rated a 2 star
I would have rated a 2 star, but after speaking with Steve Thompson, I gave the third star. I bought my tickets in Feb for this flight in Aug. not knowing they were stand by flights. On the itinerary it doesn't say anything about stand by flight. Steve Thompson was nice and understanding. He did what he could to help me. Thank you for that. I was trying not to get frustrated again. I called earlier and the girl frustrated me so much, I asked for a supervisor. She said one will return my call....one never did. Thanks again Steve for all your help.
