My experience with PuppySpot had a bit of a rocky start. Early on, some of the communication and responses felt a little dry, and I had a few concerns along the way. However, once I communicated those concerns, the experience completely turned around. The team became much more responsive, kept me informed, and made sure everything came together successfully. Most importantly, Stella arrived safely, happy, and exactly as expected. I really appreciate how PuppySpot listened to my concerns and followed through. What started with some uncertainty ended up being a great experience, and we couldn’t be happier to finally have Stella home!
