I love my hoop
I love my hoop. I don't use it as often as I would like, but I am moving and plan to use it more in my new place. Sadly, I didn't realize I would be charged for an ongoing subscription. My customer service Representative resolved it immediately for me. I really appreciate that. I didn't have the money in my account for it.
