None of the four Gohagan employees made…
None of the four Gohagan employees made an effort to develop a helpful relationship with the passengers. (This has always been a strength for other tour companies). The daily briefings could be much better. For example, every day, at the end of the briefing, passengers asked the SAME questions: “what is the weather forecast?” “What is the currency?” “Is there a time change?” Questions such as these should be automatically addressed, especially after being repeatedly asked. On the name badge, the hi-lighted text should be the first name, not the institution. Someone actually thought my name was “Duke.” Conditions on the ship were poor. We stayed in the most expensive room and it smelled of sewage on half the days. Also, the toilets would not flush on four different days
