Missing item from shipment- why is it so hard to have that item sent to me?
I've ordered many items from mellow. The products are great. It's the customer service that is seriously lacking. My issue is simple. One of the items in my order did not get delivered. I reached out to mellow. They requested pictures be sent. I sent the pictures. I was told my concern was being sent to " next department." They requested additional pictures. I sent those. I got no response. I emailed to follow up. They said "we responded by asking you to send pictures. We will follow up once you send them." To which I replied that I already sent the pictures, but resent them again anyway. Now... crickets. No response. This is a simple issue. Why is it so hard to receive the item I have already paid for?? I want to buy more products, but won't now due to the realization that problems with shipping won't be made right.
