I have been Mayraki fan for long time
I have been Mayraki fan for long time, often ordered their products from their Amazon store, but recently, on July 16th I ordered from their website again ( cause Amazon store is no longer open :((( and as of today my orders has not been shipped:( #10190963… however I was already charged… I am very sad because I really really liked their product and was looking forward to it , situation doesn’t make sense because phone number states the message that they are unavailable and no one answers communication through their website… and you cannot even cancel the order cause it’s not an option … I see similar complaints from other customers like me here and looks like Mayraki team is responding to them, I sure hope to get response too
