I've used Open Art for over a year now…Choose a different platform
I've used Open Art for over a year now and I've subscribed to the highest tier on a monthly basis every month. Originally I had done so for unlimited use capabilities during certain periods. Now though it still is described and marketed as such, it is limited by default under very, very unreasonable limitations. Their support is non-existent. You can email them and they will never return your emails. Promotional periods do not apply if you've already subscribed to the highest tier unless you're willing to fork up an entire year's worth of annual payment. They have no loyalty in return for customers who are loyal if they've already gotten you subscribed to the highest tier. You just simply don't need to get the promotions, regardless of the tier, describing these promotions as a unique feature you're buying. I like the platform. I've become very aware recently of the very, very poor treatment of customers and the very lack of care when it comes to maintaining any customer satisfaction. At every turn they will change and update something to rob you of what they sold you on in the first place and not answer anything about it at any point to explain themselves.
