They were amazing
They were amazing. I had a couple of issues with shipping, so I emailed support. I can’t say they necessarily made anything change, but they definitely reassured me, made me feel better about the situation, and explained how everything was working. I genuinely think Elegoo is a great company. I have over 700 hours of printing on my CC2, and I’ve only had a couple of issues, most of which were pretty much my own fault. Other than that, this printer has been absolutely amazing, and the company has been phenomenal in my experience.
