Terrible experience
Terrible experience I had to place the order twice. The first time, it got stuck in their system as “credit processing,” even though I had paid with my credit card. Only a $1 charge was made, and no one contacted me for two days, so I had to call them. They asked me to place the order again, but the same thing happened: another $1 charge, no communication, and the cameras were never shipped. After five days, I canceled the order. To date, I have not received any communication from them whatsoever.
