Booked wrong hotel
I have used expedia for simple bookings fine in the past. I had them book a vacation package, and they booked the hotel in a different part of the country than where we were flying. They took no accountability for this(minus the fact that I should have caught this as well). I will do my best to never use their services again. Not sure how to respond to reply, but have reached out 4 times to your "support" desk and they have been no help. I cannot spend further time recovering what you have lost for me.
