If I could rate -5, I would. ADT is a criminal enterprise. I'm very surprised that in the "world leading country", such unlawfulness is permitted. I've been trying to cancel the contract, but clearly, they only want to fool people. I've been over the phone for 1 hour and a half and they keep bouncing me from one "specialist" to another. It's evident that they have an explicit policy to discourage customers from cancelling. On top of that, there is an automatic renewal policy on your contract. So, since they make it almost impossible to cancel and there's an automatic renewal, it's pretty evident that their purpose is to keep you enslaved forever. DO NOT SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THESE CRIMINALS. I'm flabbergasted by their shady, predatory, dishonest methods.
