Fantastic selection and excellent customer service
The product selection at delugs is fantastic! There are a variety of straps with reasonable prices. I bought a Delcro strap and instantly loved the comfort and infinite adjustability of the strap, as well as it looking great on my watch. I had an initial (small) gripe in that I noticed a loose thread on the strap within a short time of casual wear. To be honest, I didn't think this was a big deal but I felt like giving feedback to the brand could possibly help future iterations of this product. I was not expecting anything in return and I hadn't planned on writing a review at the time. To my surprise, Delugs offered to send a replacement to me free of charge with no need to return my strap. This is a remarkable service and a testament to how strongly they believe in the product as well as their care for the customers. It is very appreciated and I will definitely be returning for future straps!
