Friendly, safe, easy transaction
After trying to buy a uaed car through dealers, I was tired of their shady business practices. It was really great to be able to buy a car directly from a person who had been caring for it and driving it for years. The neutral third party chat capabilities and ID verification provided by Autotrader made the whole thing feel safe and easy.
