I am extremely disappointed with this purchase. I paid $229 for the EMS toning shorts product, and after trying the shorts and testing the different settings, the only area where I can actually feel anything working is around my inner thigh area when using only one Mode M4. The other areas or setting do not appear to work at all. Another major reason I purchased this product was because it was advertised as FSA approved/eligible. I have since had issues with that claim, which makes this experience even more frustrating. For a $229 product, I expected something that actually functions as advertised. I contacted the company requesting to return the defective item for a full refund, no response to my first two emails. A week later I received a response but have been getting the runaround about returning the defective product. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or this company. Between the apparent defective functionality and the concerns I have regarding the FSA advertising, I regret this purchase. Buyers should do their research before spending this much money. I simply want to return the product and receive a full refund for something that simply doesn’t work!
