So sad...
I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Bellami Hair Extensions. I placed my first order, and within just a few days the hair became severely matted. I contacted customer service, and to their credit, they replaced the extensions right away. When I received the replacement set, I was thrilled. The hair was beautiful, full, soft, and didn't seem to have the same issues. I honestly thought the problem had been resolved. Unfortunately, after only one week of wearing the replacement extensions, they started matting just like the first pair. The matting is so severe that it forms a ball of tangled hair at the back of my head. It's embarrassing, uncomfortable, and impossible to hide. I have to brush the extensions every few minutes just to keep them somewhat manageable. I've reached the point where I can't wear them anymore. What makes this even more frustrating is that the hair extension company I had trusted for years was acquired by Bellami, which is the only reason I decided to purchase from them. I had only about 5 days of beautiful hair :(
