They did not send it out immediately and awaited 2 days for me to take advantage of an additional discount on additional covers for which I did not need. I emailed and also called in and spoke to them the day I ordered and not to hold my shipment as it was time sensitive for my Father's 80th Birthday for which it missed when it could've made it if they were not trying so hard to up sell me with more goods. Completely avoidable and could've made an 80 year old surprised after jet skiing on his birthday instead of installing the terrible OEM Covers.
