I've used brow enhancers since my illness took most of my hair and left brows very sparce. I finally got around to purchasing the BROWPRO. I had an instant issue with the container virtually stuck closed. I had to use a hairpin to get the packaging to open. I liked the concept and found a way to use the product with a thin small angled brush.As I mentioned I liked the product but not the sponge application. I had the product for a while before using (a couple of months.) I wasn't thinking of what eventually happened to the product. I got the hairpin and opened it to use the product and found it cracked into pieces. There was no way to use the product with a brush or its accompanying sponge. I found a way to contact customer service however,since I'd had the product for so long they said there was nothing they would do for me, the customer. I'll be tossing the whole mess away and tell all of my makeup friends not to purchase or use BROWPRO or any of it's accompanying products. Completely disappointed list customer, P.
