Extremely Slow for High-Volume Users
This review is based on my experience with the platform a couple of months ago. The platform is quite accurate for UK HMRC tax reporting. However, it is incredibly slow and does not seem to be designed to handle high-volume users. When importing more than 100 wallet addresses, it took several days for all the transactions to be imported. Generating the Excel report was essentially impossible due to the amount of processing required. I even offered to pay for the additional compute resources myself and suggested that I would be happy to receive the output in JSON format instead of Excel, as this should be significantly less resource-intensive. Unfortunately, the support team was unable to assist with either solution. I was on the platform's most expensive plan and ultimately had to request a refund because I was unable to use the service effectively. Areas for improvement are the platform should better support high-volume users with large numbers of wallets (100+), and offer alternative output formats such as JSON rather than relying solely on resource-intensive Excel reports.
