Again thank you Rob for prompt assistance and I really do appreciate it!!! Rest assured I will be recommending you guys and your impeccable customer service! This is not against toward the CS who helped me. Romeo was amazing. But lately I have been having a hard time communicating with them. I message them multiple times and called the number but it was just telling me to send an email. I’m on my almost 7 weeks now and I only lost 5lbs. And it seems like my appetite is going back. Isn’t when going up the dosage, I should see the results more? I don’t want to pay $270 every month and lose as little as 5lbs in almost 7 weeks. I even requested a phone call from a provider and never got a call. They charge my card two days ago and never got a confirmation if it got shipped. They were so good from the beggining with communication and now I felt like they ignored me. I hope they ship my item soon or at least give me an update.
