While the digital mailbox concept is great-selecting the right location is key!
While the digital mailbox concept is great, our overall experience has been a mixed bag due to our start with iPostal1. The first location we selected was not convenient and did not provide the service we were hoping for. However, we switched to the second location at 2094 South Live Oak Drive, Suite 101, Moncks Corner, SC 29461, and it has been a game-changer. This location is a much better fit for our business, and the customer service there is absolutely awesome—very personal, professional, and helpful! We love the Moncks Corner team, but iPostal1 as a whole could improve by ensuring more consistent service quality across all of their partner locations.
