Excellent customer service
I ordered the M5 camera for a specific use case scenario and used expedited shipping which should have been delivered a few days before it was needed. Needless to say the product was lost in amazons possession. I reached out to Ordro and they immediately corrected the issue. Although I didn’t have it when it was needed it was out of their control but fixed the issue asap. The camera itself is better than I expected and perfect for what I need it for.
