I found what I needed but when I called to get information on the item, the details I got on AI were not accurate. Additionally, upon checkout, the items that prior customers rated were from different SKUs. Incorrect information provided included hinge finishes and “colors” available. I’d much rather have been given the option of speaking with a real person instead of the overly polite, but inaccurate AI guy.
