It can be frustrating when a claim isn’t approved, but I will say 90% of the claims I’ve submitted have been approved. The agents who’ve helped me are always well-spoken, knowledgeable, and kind. My claims are processed quickly - if not instantly - and I receive my refund within a few days. I feel comfortable taking my dog in for various treatments because of Lemonade’s easy-to-understand claims process. The add-ons are definitely worth it just because I never know what my dog is going to need, and it’s already saved me a ton of money by being proactive with my coverage.
