Unfair refund policy and poor customer support I had a terrible experience with WPS Office regarding an unwanted subscription renewal. Immediately after the money was deducted from my account, I submitted a request for a refund, stating clearly that I am not using the application. Instead of helping, their support team refused to issue a refund, passing the responsibility to third-party services and ignoring the issue. They show zero care for their customers. I strongly advise against subscribing or linking your bank details to this service.
