Disgusted by staff behaviour
Disgusted by staff behaviour - very rude receptionist. When people visit a vet, they should be treated with respect and some empathy. If you cannot do those things maybe don't work as a first point of contact in such a sensitive environment where alot of people's days are probably already going bad.
