Terrific return and refund process
Terrific return and refund process. I sent the return months ago but still received no refund back. After several contacts with customer support, nothing has been resolved. Although they said the issue will be raised to their team, nothing moving in terms of my refund. I was paying for a product I never used and returned. What a scam!!! P/s: I have screenshots of all the chat customers support as evidence that they didn’t care to help customers but just keep delaying the refund. Perhaps they were trying to do this until I forgot the refund.
