Don’t fall for it
Don’t fall for it. This is a rubbish product and we’ve wasted nearly AU$3000. I expected it to have a warranty and technical support. We barely used it for two months in instalments while it was constantly malfunctioning or simply not working. The company offers no technical help or support. There’s no phone number, contact details or even their ABN number. You can’t even find them if you want to contact the Australian Consumer Law. Don’t even think about getting a refund; the best idea is to just get rid of it. Thanks later..
