Poor execution of sales process
Poor execution of sales process. Ordered on 08/05/26 and still haven’t received an email updating shipping. Finally reached out and was told it takes two days to process the order for shipping, and should receive an email with tracking number the next day, and delivery in 4-5 days after order processing; total 7 days. It’s been 8 days since ordering and I still haven’t even received my tracking number email, which means it hasn’t even been shipped yet.
