Do not trust this company
I should have been alerted when my salesperson never responded after we purchased the plan. I repeatedly asked for a copy of my coverage and it was always going to be sent soon. Now our HVAC system needs to be replaced due to a coil that leaked freon and damaged the system. AFC Home Warranty is offering us $100 toward the depreciated cost of the coil. We do not have the option of replacing the coil alone, it must be the entire system! Stay as far away as you possibly can from this sham company. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be notifying the Nevada Attorney General.
