Undelivered order – courier refused to deliver
I ordered two burgers through Bolt Food. When the courier arrived, he insisted that I come downstairs to collect the food. I told him that I did not want to come downstairs and asked him to leave the order with the security guard at the entrance instead. The courier was very rude and had an extremely unpleasant attitude. Despite my request, he refused to leave the food with the security guard and ultimately left without delivering my order. As a result, I paid for food that I never received. I contacted Bolt Food support, but they did not provide any useful assistance and I was unable to get a refund. I find it unacceptable to be charged for an order that was never delivered
