Extremely poor behaviour when a complaint was raised they closed it by saying that they tried numerous times to contact me but reality was never. They supported supplier Jiangxi jintai power equipment. Supplied video of quality was of an unfinished generator which when mine arrived was different. They failed to notify me of the capacity to supply requested specs and than after the fact say I requested specs outside their manufacturing standards. The generators were suppose to conform to ce certification standards which Australia accepts but supplied units do not conform. One unit only ran for 2.6 hrs before failure and the suppliers response is they are quality
