Very good support from Klaus
Very good support from Klaus who had to deal with an unexpected increase in the consolidator fares from the airline. He pursued maintaining the original agreed fare and was successful. The main issue I had was the time taken to provide the e-ticket but this may have been impacted by the problem on price with the airline.
