They're not responsible for anything. They just tell you to deal with the problem yourself: go 5 kms to the restaurant, yell and try to get your goddamn cheeseburger. Literally ANY other app's support immediately resolves missing/incorrect items. But not this crap. I spent 3 hours of pointless talks, my cheeseburger was not delivered and money was not refunded. Half a year has passed, they just left a "funny" comment under my review on Google play, no resolution whatsoever.
