I signed up for a 7-day trial, but they automatically charged me $31.93 for a monthly subscription without clear notice. I contacted customer support immediately to cancel and request a refund for the unauthorized charge, but they refused to give my money back, hiding behind their strict terms and conditions. Be very careful with their automatic renewals and hidden fees. They are not willing to help customers resolve simple billing issues
