I had an issue with my JOVS Venus Pro
I had an issue with my JOVS Venus Pro, as it suddenly stopped producing the IPL flashes even though the device was turning on normally. I contacted customer service, and they were very helpful and responsive. They quickly identified the issue as a quality problem and offered me a replacement. I really appreciate how smoothly they handled the situation and how willing they were to help resolve the problem. I’m looking forward to receiving my replacement and being able to use my JOVS again.
