Genuinely positive experience and superb customer service
The product arrived quickly but unfortunately it did not suit me and I wanted a ‘barely-there’ coverage and this was a little heavier. I contacted the company to ask to return the product under the 30 day policy, and was not expecting a positive response. I couldn’t have been more wrong - they replied within 24 hours with a very polite email. I was unable to utilise the 30 day return in on a multi/buy (this is stated in the policy) which I’d forgotten, but they offered me a large discount instead and allowed me to keep the product too. Their emails were individual and personal and not a generic reply and they were very polite and warm. I will continue to shop from the company’s other products as they thoroughly deserve it - I’m genuinely very pleased with my experience even though the product was not 100% what I was looking for in the end . Can’t honestly fault the customer service
