Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, I missed $12,000 but they didn't care to solve my issues promptly before the the gates closed. One of the connections on an inbound flight was missing, they promised to fix it before returning two weeks out, I got to the airport to be told that they couldn't fix the missing flight because I missed the outbound flight. I ended buying an emergency outbound flight for about $ 9,000 and another emergency inbound flight for about $9,000. I ended spending $18,000 unbudgeted for in a single trip. Use this agency at your own risk.
