When a highly incompetent PMC worker in Nashville wouldn’t honor my Spothero parking purchase, I was able to get Spothero assistance on the phone quickly and the representative was ready and quickly helped me! I was impressed! This was the absolute QUICKEST I’ve ever received a customer service support for a situation EVER- with any business!!! We will use Spothero again and tell all our friends!
