I just made a payment for Wings of Time, but immediately after the payment went through, my booking was cancelled. To raise a complaint, I was told it can take up to 2 days just to get a response, and there’s no clear indication of how long the refund will take. Honestly, this is very frustrating. I highly suggest not making payment until you’re certain the booking is confirmed.
