Exceptional product and service
The closet was designed online with the assistance of Bella Alter. She did a wonderful job with ideas and any questions we had. Made it very easy to visualize final product. The closet was extremely easy to assemble. Just take your time and follow the instructions. Very well laid out instructions and diagrams. Had a small issue with a shelf that the finished edge was on the wrong side. A quick email and Caroline Ullman responded with a no hassle, no red tape replacement. Arrived within a couple of days. Andy Miller VP of sales emailed making sure we had all the instructions and documentation before the closet arrived arrived. Very well machined and finished product. Delivery was on time with no issues. Final result looks great. Couldn't be happier with the product and the exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend Modular Closets.
