The interface has changed and become much less user-friendly. Its taking way longer to navigate and make labels, which ends up costing time. I also couldn't get the quote I needed last night. It just wouldn't give me the options for Canada Post. Last week I got re-charged for packages shipped a month ago. I used to love shipstation, but its becoming harder and harder to keep. Hoping things go back to the way they were!
